To enter this event, a reservation is strongly suggested. Please read the following: 

This event requires submitting an indemnity agreement, an entry form, and your payment of the entry fee.  (There is no entry fee for the Heroes contest for Lawrence Fire, Police, EMT's, and Teachers but the other documents must be submitted by all contestants.)

Download the indemnity "hold harmless" agreement here. This MUST be submitted with your entry fee.

ICS Entry fees can be found at the International Chili Society's web site here. If you are not yet a member of the ICS, download the contestant application form. Lawrence Chili Cookoff fees and awards are described on the Awards and Prizes page. If you are entering the Heroes event, you do not need ICS forms and there are no entry fees.

If we have not received your entry fee and hold harmless agreement by the date of the event, you will not be permitted to enter the site as a contestant. However, we will accept the fee and agreement at the gate if you have pre-registered below. Please reserve in advance so that we can create a cooking spot for you.
